The political landscape of Africa is changing rapidly, with young politicians increasingly taking the reins of power. While their enthusiasm and energy is to be commended, there are a number of limitations that young politicians face in African politics.

One of the most significant limitations is the lack of experience. Young politicians often lack the experience and knowledge of the political process that is necessary to effectively navigate the complexities of African politics. Without the benefit of years of experience, they are more likely to make mistakes and be taken advantage of by more experienced politicians. This can lead to policies that are not in the best interest of the people, or to a lack of progress in areas that are in need of reform.

Another limitation is the lack of resources. Young politicians often lack the financial resources necessary to fund their campaigns, or to maintain their political offices. This can lead to a lack of access to the necessary resources to enact meaningful change, or to a reliance on outside sources of funding.
